Mr. Aasim Siddiqui, CEO of Pakistan Intermodal Ltd, has actively developed and financed various transport and logistics projects in Pakistan over the past 25 years. His notable projects include Pakistan International Container Terminal (PICT), Pakistan International Bulk Terminal (PIBT), and Pakistan Intermodal Ltd. (PIL). PICT is the only publicly listed container terminal in Pakistan, now part of ICTSI terminals. PIBT, the first modern coal/cement terminal, is also a publicly listed company. PIL, Pakistan’s first private freight train operator, connects ports with inland container depots through rail-road linkages and was commissioned in 2020.
